Neil has held senior implementation, project, and programme delivery roles across organisations including TSB, NatWest Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, and the Royal Bank of Scotland. His experience spans infrastructure transformation, mainframe modernisation, regulatory programmes, and enterprise platform delivery.
He specialises in the planning and execution of critical change events, including detailed runbooks, dependency management, backout strategies, and command‑and‑control execution, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure predictable outcomes.
