Neil has held senior implementation, project, and programme delivery roles across TSB, NatWest Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, and the Royal Bank of Scotland. His experience spans infrastructure transformation, mainframe modernisation, regulatory programmes, and enterprise platform delivery.
